Consent of Video and Photography

I / We consent to allow audio recordings, photographs and / or video to be taken of ourselves and our dog during training and consultations with Complete K9. I / We consent to these images being reproduced, posted and / or shared through social media for the promotion and advertising of Complete K9. It is understood that these images are the property of Complete K9 and that the use of these images is solely at the discretion of Complete K9.

Waiver of Liability

Complete K9 will make every reasonable effort to create a safe and secure training and / or boarding environment. Post training and boarding instructions will be provided to the owners.

There are times that dogs will act in a manner that is unpredictable and exhibit behaviours that are outside of the control of the trainers. Owners release, indemnifies and hold harmless Complete K9 and the trainers from any and all damages, liabilities, claims, loss, costs, expenses, causes of actions or suits related to services provided by Complete K9 including for any actions or behaviours of the dog that are outside of the trainer’s control.

It is acknowledged that any product or service recommendation made by Complete K9 is not a guarantee of success, performance or satisfaction.

The successful training of a dog can be significantly impacted by numerous factors outside the control of the trainer, making some dogs to some extent untrainable. These factors can include, but are not limited too; the breeding of the dog, past treatment (possibly abuse), physical and psychological health of the dog, temperament, training schedule and the involvement of the owners in the training process.

Cancellation Payment and Refund Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments or services. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, full payment for the service will be made.

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash or Etransfer.

No refund for products or services already provided will be made. Refunds will only be provided for services that have been paid for but not yet provided in accordance with the cancellation policy.
